We’re looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to help lead our team and support children with complex needs in a safe, stable, and nurturing environment.
The Role
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
- Lead shifts and support, guide, and mentor staff
- Support daily routines, personal care, and independence
- Deliver and oversee care and placement plans
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
- Manage challenging behaviour using consistent, positive strategies
- Maintain accurate records using IT systems
About You
- Experience in residential childcare (essential)
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Confident, resilient leader with strong communication skills
- Positive, child-centred approach
- Driving licence desirable
