Our Mission
Our Mission
At Your Care, our mission is to provide safe, stable and nurturing environments where children and young people can rebuild trust, develop resilience and achieve positive futures.
Our work is guided by a simple belief:
every child deserves safety, stability, respect and opportunity — regardless of their past experiences or current challenges.
Through our Ofsted-regulated children’s homes, we provide structured, supportive environments where children with complex needs can feel safe, develop trusting relationships and begin to make positive progress.
Alongside residential care, we are expanding our services to include semi-independent accommodation, supporting young people as they transition towards adulthood and develop the confidence, independence and life skills needed for the future.
We are also developing early intervention and crisis support services, working alongside local authorities and families to stabilise situations, prevent placement breakdown and reduce the need for children entering care where it is safe to do so.
Everything we do is shaped by our commitment to:

Child-centred care that places children’s safety and wellbeing first

Stable, nurturing relationships that help young people feel secure and valued

Trauma-informed practice that understands behaviour through the lens of experience

Ambition for every child, supporting education, personal development and independence

Partnership working with families, professionals and communities
Our approach is underpinned by our CARE values – Consistency, Attentiveness, Respect and Empowerment — ensuring children experience predictable support, feel heard and valued, and are encouraged to grow in confidence and independence.
Ultimately, our mission is to provide the stability, support and opportunities that allow every child and young person in our care to build a brighter future.
