Our Values
Our Values
At Your Care (North West) Limited, our work is guided by our core values: CARE.
CONSISTENCY
Children and young people thrive when they experience stability and predictability. We provide consistent routines, clear expectations and reliable relationships so that young people feel safe, secure and supported. Through consistent care and guidance, we help young people build trust and develop confidence in themselves and those around them.
ATTENTIVENESS
We believe that every young person deserves to be heard and understood. Our staff take time to listen carefully, observe behaviour and respond thoughtfully to the needs and experiences of each child. By being attentive, we are able to recognise what young people are communicating and provide the support they need to feel valued and understood.
RESPECT
Respect is at the heart of everything we do. We treat every young person with dignity, fairness and compassion, recognising their individuality, background and experiences. We promote young people’s rights, encourage their voice to be heard and support them to develop positive relationships based on mutual respect.
EMPOWERMENT
We believe in helping young people realise their potential. By providing encouragement, guidance and opportunities for growth, we empower young people to develop independence, confidence and life skills. Our aim is to support them to make positive choices and prepare for a successful future.
What CARE Means for Children
It means feeling safe.
It means being listened to.
It means having adults who are consistent, respectful and supportive — even when things feel difficult.
