Dual Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Homes
Salary: £65,000 per annum
YourCare (North West) is a family-run organisation delivering high-quality, child-centred residential care. We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Dual Registered Manager to oversee two children’s homes, ensuring exceptional standards of care, strong leadership, and full regulatory compliance across both services.
The Role

Provide strategic and operational leadership across two registered homes

Act as the Ofsted Registered Manager for both services

Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and young people

Ensure both homes consistently meet regulatory and quality standards

Lead, manage, and develop Residential Managers, senior staff, and teams
-
Oversee care planning, risk management, and outcomes for children

Maintain inspection readiness and lead Ofsted visits

Monitor staffing, rotas, budgets, and performance across both homes

Build strong professional relationships with placing authorities and partner agencies
About You
-
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare

Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and quality frameworks
-
Confident, resilient, and values-driven leader
-
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
-
Full UK driving licence
