Children’s Residential Support Worker
Locations: Fleetwood (FY6) and Leyland (PR26)

We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Residential Support Workers to support children with complex needs in a safe, nurturing home environment. You’ll help young people with day-to-day life, promote independence, and work as part of a supportive team committed to improving outcomes and raising aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
- Support daily routines, life skills, and independence
- Implement care and placement plans
- Engage children in education, activities, and appointments
- Manage challenging behaviour using positive strategies
- Maintain accurate records using IT systems
About You
- Experience in care or working with children is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to build positive, professional relationships
- Driving licence desirable
